Take an adventure like we did in April 2017 to Luray Caverns. It’s the largest cave system in the eastern US, featuring enormous rooms, unique rock formations like stalactites and stalagmites, and even a “singing” organ. Rain or shine this is a great place to take your family. The temperature inside Luray Caverns is a constant 54°F (12°C) year-round. While the temperature remains consistent, the high humidity can make it feel closer to 65°F. Bring a jacket or sweater when you visit.
