There is something to do for everyone in Ocean City, Maryland including large families and children!
Besides building sandcastles and jumping waves perhaps you will try one of our family favorites.


Fly kites at the beach! If you didn’t bring any with you, try The Kite Loft or Walmart. Unfortunately, Roses closed.
Our family favorite is mini-golf at Old Pro Golf. We go to 68th Street and 136th Street locations since they have both indoor and outdoor courses. However, they do have 4 locations.

Northside Park 125th St is a 58-acre public recreation area has sports courts, playgrounds & an indoor facility with a gym. We have rode bikes and walked the paved path.
We can see the Northside Park Sunday night fireworks around 9 pm from our balcony unit on 135th Street.


This is a fun and educational 1.25-hour tour for all ages. The special part is if you want, you could participate in a hands-on crab demonstration of local marine Animals. Tripadvisor info. Google search “Assateague Adventure Cruise II”. The ponies roam around the island freely.

The Sea Rocket goes very fast and you will probably get wet! It was great fun in August!

If you want to enjoy fine Italian Dining , make reservations at Ristorante Antipasti. Every time we go to Ocean City, we make reservations the week before. They serve delicious Italian and fresh seafood entrees. Nancy’s favorite is Tortellini 3 “P.” We promise you Fausto the owner, will make you feel very welcome!
